Does this PSU have all of the cables for my parts and including the case fans. If not what do i do?

Regardless of whether or not it has the right connectors, you should avoid that PSU. It is cheap for a reason. Look at a Corsair 550vx or 650tx if you will add some more HDD's later.

After all the advice you got in your other thread, why would you still choose a crap PSU? If you want a higher wattage PSU you will need to increase your budget.
