i ocvclocked my amd 960x4 c3 to x17 x 247 4.2gigs cpu vid 1.520 motherboard nb temprature 40'c cpu core 47'c
is da voltage too high
wat should be i worried about

Your your little too high, drop your vcore.
when you overclock must step by step, find stable overclock under default vcore, from here you can raise multiplier again step by step don't too much, test use intelburn test for low time, and longtime use prime95, always keep temperature below 60C when fullload test.
