Does anyone know if this is a good card ? SAPPHIRE 100265HDMI Radeon HD 4830 512MB 256-bit GDDR3 I want to be able to play all the new games but would not consider myself a hardcore gamer. Any input would be great.

Good card if you want to play at smaller resolutions such as 1280*1024!

+1 mikzey01.

that card will run any game available, smooth as butter at 1020x768. 1280x1024 in most games. if you want more resolution, you are going to have to look elsewhere.

HIS cards with IceQ coolers are just my personal preference :)
They OC like crazy and stay nice and cool while blowing the hot air outside of the case.

I personally have a 4870 Sapphire , and it stays pretty damn cool too. ;p But then again , the HIS might run colder, i'd never know.

if im not mistaken you could get a 9800 GTX+ for around $129

but thats if your willing to spend the money

9800 GT is a good option as well

Reply to UberGenocide

If you say a 9800 GTX+ I say a GTS 250 with a badass warranty and a free game. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Prod [...] 6814130468 $130

Costs the same anyway. x3

I got EVGA's 55nm , though I did want the old 216 instead of the 55nm 216.
