Well since fsx is more cpu bound you really dont a high end graphic card. I would recommend a gtx260 but since your on a tight budget a 9800gt should do the trick.

You could have stayed with the Q9300 and overclock it and then get a GTX 295 or GTX 285 based on your price to get Maximum benefit. Right now you can only look at a HD 4770 or
About $100 ... ... since this setup will replace my recently bought Q9300 machine from Dell ... money down the tube
What the hell are you buying another machine for if you have a Q9300 already? That is plenty fast enough to run any game you want provided you have the right PSU and Video card....
Just a curiosity quesiton... why did you not upgrade the Dell Q9300?
If you have no place for the Dell, I can find it one!
If you can find one the HD4770 is the best bang per buck right now and you can add a second later, check out the reviews for 4770 in Crossfire...Wow!
The HD4850 can also be found for under $100 with rebates while the GTS250 is in better supply but a little more on average.
None of these cards will run FSX at high settings smoothly but add a second for SLI/CF and you'll be flying-pun intended.

FSX is CPU limited, not GPU limited. Therefore, a faster CPU is more beneficial to the OP than a faster GPU. FSX runs much faster with my i7 920 versus my old e6750 using the same video card.
If FSX is the only game you're looking to play, you don't need much stronger than a 4770. Maybe a 4850. If you have some interest in other games, it would behoove you to get something like a 4870/gtx 260 and above.
