Net use command for lpt1

Hello,
hi i am using hp aserjet 1020m plus i need print on dos but not work i try to net use lpt1:\\systemname\printer name all i do but not print pl any one help

NET USE [LPTx:] \\ComputerName\printer_share /PERSISTENT:YES

make sure the that the printer share name is no more than 8 characters and NO spaces
