I'm new at building computers and i've read 3 computer builds but can't figure out which 1 is better

NONE of the cpus you have listed would be a smart buy compared to a II 720 phenom...did you loook at any benchmarks hardware wise :??: just to state it...a 3 core that is one more core than it as well but a 720 3 core can out perform or rival the e8400-8500-8600...aslong as you overclock it nice and high :)

Also i recommend getting 4gbs of ram...and maybe a gtx 260 as an alternative to the 4870 as you may be able to get a better price...also go with EVGA or XFX when buying a graphics card to....warrantied and evga allows you to overclock

I also wouldn't trust that psu with a 4870.

Avoid the Rosewill PSU's. Wrong place to pinch pennies.

You guys are making me paranoid on the psu i grabbed for my super budget build :heink:

 

The system shouldn't even reach more than 300w and more like 250w at full load and i got this psu for 23$...
