Very well could be infected with virus, which self replicates !

Restart and tap Function 8 then select Safe Mode with Networking. If the same file doesn't keep appearing in there, go to http://www.malwarebytes.com and download MalwareBytes. Install and update it then check for further updates before scanning and fixing everything it finds. If the file does show up in Safe Mode, call up the Task manager with Control, Shift and Escape and from the Processed tab, select that file and click on End Process Tree then carry out the above procedure.

Restart back into Normal Mode and see if that helped.
