when I start my laptop it freezes after showing the windows program.May i know the cause?

Could be a lot of things. Go into safe mode and select Last good configuration.

If problem persists, try a system restore.

If problem persists, sfc /scannnow from CMD prompt.

If problem persists, Repair Install from Win CD.
