my setup is
Asus P6T Deluxe v2
Intel Core i7 920 D0 Stepping (SLBEJ) 2.66Ghz
Corsair Dominator 3GB (3x1GB) DDR3 PC3-12800C8
2 harddrives and 4 fans
20 inch samsung t200hd monitor 1680 x 1080

which is the best card for this setup please and will one of these power supply do

I would go for the GTX275, it is not that much slower than the GTX285.
Either PSU will run a single card and both are good, quality units, but you might go for a larger PSU if you intend to SLI later.

Rock the xfx gtx275 like the guy said.

 

Both of those power supplies are nice. The difference between the two will probably come down to noise levels & price, they both pump roughly the same amount of juice over the 12v rail, there's maybe a 2 amp difference between them. This is cause the Corsair pumps an extra 30w over the +5v/3.3v rails, which is not really useful IMHO.

That'd run 2 gtx 295's in sli, more than enough power. (assuming it has the connectors for it)
