I'm looking to convert an old pc to a solar powered system. I've read the article on the website which is very impressive. My system is unique and originally came with an external transformer meaning that inside the case there is a very small psu. The system is designed to take 12v 16A (assuming dc). That is based on running hd, dvd drive, agp gfx card etc. I'm sure I can reduce the need for 192 watts, however I'm curious as to whether I can just wire in a solar panel to the psu as it is? The system is very compact and my plan is to cover the case in solar panels to make a portable system. Advice much appreciated..
