ECS A770M-A NO Video, No Boot, No Beep

Fans spin, no video using a known good PCIe ATI x600, Hold the power button down till power off, release the power button, fires right back up, no video. I'm stumped

so, I googled that motherboard again today, and read that post, I was like, that is exactly what is going on with mine, just stuck it in the closet for a while.. and then I saw it was me, still got the problem, any ideas?
