I have briefly looked through the forums to try to find a solution to my problem with little luck. I have a 2TB WD external hard drive. It managed to install the device driver software. But Autoplay did not kick up nor can I find it under my computer. (Connected through USB)
1. Right Click on "My Computer"
2. Click "Manage"
3. Expand "Storage"
4. Click "Disk Management"
If you can see the drive in here then you likely have a drive letter conflict and you just need to right click on it and assign it a new drive letter. Also, if this is a new drive it may need to be formated for the first time.
