Fenir Titan is a good cooler for the I7 - good cooling and low noise

^+1 on the Prolimatech.
Xigmatek Dark Knight or Core-Contact Freezer with i7 bracket.

Hi, every one recommends the prolimatech but i would recommend this.....the thermalright IFX-14, beats every cooler...the prolimatech and the TRUE 120. will take 3 120mm or 140mm fans. the test was done on the i7

the review was done by xibitlabs.

My choice goes to the Xigmatek Dark Knight or Scythe Mugen 2 CPU coolers. Both should work and perform fine for the i7.

If you don't intend to do High OC then Thermalright IFX-14 is way to big, at least for my taste.

hehe i agree with you, but it is like buying a Bugatti veryon, you know you can hit 250+mph but you will never do it because of speed limit......hehe bragging rights?

Ehhh...buyng a Bugatti Veyron and driving it on London's streets with 10 mph. Ohhh yeeesss. If you have to much money, you really don't care and you want to show this.
What is the point?!
