Advice Needed On Card Choice

This is the system I'm building. I have done the research and this is what I'm using.

ASUS M2N68-AM SE2 Motherboard

AMD Phenom X4 9500 Processor

Kingston PC6400 800MHz 4GB DDR2

Corsair TX750W 750-Watt Power Supply

Generic 80GB Hardrive
Generic DVD Writer/Reader

I was just wondering what kind of card I should put it this.

2.20 Ghz Quad Power
4 GB DDR2 800mhz

I don't mind putting a GT 295 in here and upgrading to SLI years down the road and buying another GT 295.

I currently want to play games like

Fallout 3, GTA 4, CounterStrike: Source, Half Life, WoW, Oblivion

The card doesn't have to run in 1900+X Whatever resolution, I've played in 1024x768 almost my entire life. Do you think a GT 295 would run all these games at over 65 FPS in quality at MAX with a resolution lower then the max?

If I were to play all these games in 1024x768 and 1280X???, what kind of video card would I need to run them at a decent FPS of 65-80fps.

No offense, but why would you want to run at a low resolution? Are you stuck with your current/crappy monitor?

To answer your first question, yes the GTX 295 would.

The second question, honest a 4890 or a GTX 275 could probably do it with high levels of AA as well.
