Overclocking CPU and GPU

I was looking for some help overclocking my i5 2500k I would like to bring it up to 4.5ghz instead of 3.3ghz any help is appricated. My temps on my CPU right now at my desktop are about 22,24,20,24

Also Would like to try and OC my GPU from 880 to 950ghz. Is this something that can be done and have it stick or will iI have to adjust these settings every time I boot my pc?
