P6t se bios pc health

Hello I have a asus P6T SE motherboard.

When loading some games I get a strange nice from the computer.

I read somewhere it could be the bios temperature settings that are set too low.

Now my question is where can I find these settings in the bios of on asus P6T SE.

u can auto update your bios in the bios, with that board.
what is nice ?
what video card ?
