Microsoft Fax Console crashing

I have a message coming up on my computer each time I start which says to install Windows CD Rom Service Pak 3. There is also a message that comes up and says that I need to install my FAX CD for Microsoft Windows. Several months back, I decided that I was going to delete certain programs from my computer with the intent to increase the speed. I believe that I deleted a program that may be slowing down the boot-up of my computer. I was told by an installation specialist from Century Link that my computer is older and this may be why I have a slow speed, in spite of the fact that I have the fastest speed for my current location. Could you please take a moment to advise me as to what may be going on here. Thank you. B

Not knowing what you deleted a few months ago, kinda hard to tell, but I would suggest a repair install using your Windows CD.
