Minimum of a 550 Watt power supply
(Minimum recommended power supply with +12 Volt current rating of 40 Amps.)

^listed for the required specs of the card. think the above PSU has 36 amps on the 2 rails?

It has 35A on the combined rails.
Dicey. Though not known for quality (especially their older ones), a similar PSU to that one (500W) actually passed jonnyguru's tests. I'm not sure I'd risk it though, as you'd be running it too near its maximum output for safety. It may not be a Chokemax that will die in 2 minutes at 75% load, but I'm not sure if it will last hours at 90%.

A single high quality 500 - 550 watt power supply can handle just about any single video card made. I checked a few video power consumption charts. As usual, the actual video card power consumption at full load is lower than the recommended psu wattage. However, there is a quality issue to consider. As jtt283 correctly pointed out Rosewill initially had a reputation for low quality psu's. It appears as if the quality may have improved with their newer psu's. If you have an older Rosewill psu you are taking a chance. Don't risk frying your pc components.
