HD4770 wins of a single HD4870 1GB, thus upgrading later to 2 x HD4870 will win of the HD4770 in crossfire.
The rest seems to be pretty nice 
, but if I were you I would go for 2 harddisks, in RAID 0 or not , doesnt really matter to me, it's just that if the one fails you've got the other one with backups. I usy Synctoy myself for keeping the two maps synchronized.
