I know here is for CPU and components, but my question here is just about the 3 different cpu and e respective motherboard. My usage is more for internet, work (lots of programs/windows to be opened at same time..programs like matlab, java, etc) and games like Football Manager type...maybe sports games like Winning Eleven as well.
Sincerely seeking advice on which is better to be purchased! Thanks!

Due to your system use, I would recommend as many cores as you can afford. A core2 quad would be great!

Have a look at this:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Prod [...] 6819115055
It's an Intel Q8200, the cheapest quad by Intel.
Specs:
45nm
95W TDP
2.66ghz (That's per core)
$159.99, not much more than your other suggestion.

It will work with your current motherboard, too.

Another suggestion, you may want to upgrade to 4gb of ram. But you will also have to get a 64 bit operating system.

------------------------------ System build in the making:
Core i7 920
Gigabyte UD4P
6gb OCZ Gold 1600
