Driver-Access Denied

Hello,
My computer was not staying on. I went to goodwill and purchased a used one that was in mint condition. I took the hard drive out and put my own in. Both computers was dell, 4600 my own, than the one I purchased was a 4600i. Everything works but the sound. The drivers are on the computer, will start to load, than says there had been a problem installing your hardware, access denied, code 28 which means drivers are not installed on computer.
 


Go to dell http://support.dell.com/support/downloads/index.aspx

and download audio drivers for 4600i, as there must have been a change in the audio support.
