Another thread of same name. Must have deleted other one unintentionally.
SHADOW had suggested that I try moving computer and monitor to new location. Done...same problem.

Since new thread:
Monitor has wavy display. Same problem with new monitor. How do I check video/graphics card? I've tried running a test of card that I found on Internet, but it just ran for about 20 hours without any report.

guessing u have a CRT monitor

try an LCD if you have the spare money

but first... what is in or around your house that may emit electro-magnetic interference

and i dont thing you can troubleshoot your card without another card or running it through a game if its strong enough

Tried LCD....No effect
Thought about electro magnetic interference....Moved system...same problem
Other ideas?

Check your cable connecting between you monitor and keyboard , it might be bad, and only way to check the video card is with another video card.
