Where do you shop for computer parts? newegg.com?

Does this include an OS? or do you have it already.

I would go for a x3 720be rig for future upgrade.

x3 720 be + gigabyte UD4P am2+ motherboard Comob

ddr2 1066 g.skills is all you need, you wont get anything more with ddr3.

you could fit a 4890 "mabye" in there.

rc-690 coolermaster case,

LG 22x dvd optical drive,

WD Black 640gb HDD,

sound good so far?

Yeah what parts DO you have, and what do you NEED?

On that budget I vote AM3 + AMD Phenom II, 720BE maybe. You don't need DDR3 unless you are going with an i7, no real benefit otherwise.

Umm a 1024x768 screen? Dude I would honestly upgrade that right out of the bucket to a 22" lcd. I'd rather have a higher resolution an run with NO AA or AF than at a low res and max graphics. Your gaming experience will be kinda crappy at a 15" lcd resolution.

Would it really matter if i upgraded the moniter a little later like in a month after i have built my rig and have gotten more money? also this is what i have so far i think that it is the best bang for the buck so please tell me if it is.
Also i don't need a OS or moniter so thanks.

Would this play crysis on max on a 1280x768 resolution and would it play max on 1680 x 1050?

THANKS A BUNCH

The build looks pretty good. The only main problem I see is the HD. It seems like I just posted this in another thread. but that is a slow, older model HD. You can get the current model that is a lot faster for the same price.

Western Digital Caviar SE16 WD3200AAKS 320GB 7200 RPM 16MB Cache SATA 3.0Gb/s 3.5" Hard Drive - OEM

I would ditch the Case/PSU combo and get a Corsair 750TX instead. Most Cooler Master PSU's are decent at best.

I would just get this cooler instead. $45 for that Cooler Master seems pretty steep.
