Hi my dvd driver is not working in my laptop.I insert new cd or dvd it starts symbol of cd comes to cursor but dosent reads later on .pl help.

Does it have the same behavior in safe mode or another user?
Can you see any errors in device manager?
To see if the dvd drive is working, you can test it with a Win xp CD, to see if it will boot from it, "outside" Windows...
