Overclocking a cpu then putting it in a different motherboard

Hello,
i have a e6750 overclocked to 3.6ghz my motherboard has a damaged pci express port so i am having to get a new motherboard.
when i put it in the new board will it keep the overclocked settings or will i have to do it again through the new motherboards bios like my last motherboard ?

you will have to re do it in the bios for sure.

As nate said, the OC is controlled by the board and not by the processor so it will be at stock when you put it in the new mobo.
