You probably will not be able to RMA the card, especially if it looks like it was modified.

lol yea jus make sure all the skrews dont look stripped...it should work i have RMA'ed worse things before like my old 680i lt board dont ask me how but i got thermal paste stuck in the socket and basically bent all the pins trying to get it out and they still sent me a new one
