Usb flash drive

Hello,
flash drive 2gb is unable to be read wants to be formatted.Using windows 7. had no problems until now.is a zipp brand 2 gb.

Never heard of Zipp brand - thats part of your problem.

So why dont you format it? Sounds like it was plugged into something that wrote to the card.
Did it ever work in this PC before? What was it plugged into before?
