Which graphics card to get with 450 watt power supply

im buying an ibuypower desktop and it has athlon x2 6000+ with 450 watt power supply. whats the best graphics card i can get with this combination? and not sure the brand of the power supply. Also will a 4850 work?

A 450-watt PSU can support a variety of graphics cards. If its a *Quality* PSU then it can support a card like a 9800GTX+.
A 4850 will work however a 450-watt PSU is the absolute minimum power requirement and as PSU age...you can guess...they lose wattage slowely and unless its a good quality PSU I wouldn't really say it would work although I could be wrong, depends on how much power your other hardware uses.
