Im trying to figure out how to OC my memory. I have tried to read a few things but for some reason my brain just isn't getting it at the moment. Im trying to figure out:

a) Do I adjust the voltage on the memory? or is that the CPU voltage I change and it indirectly changes the memory?
b) It seems like there are alot more than just 4 numbers for the timing. Do I adjust just those 4? or what exactly should I try to change?
c) The Ram is showing 667mhz. It sounded like I should double that for what the effective rating is...does that sound right?

Thanks in advance for any help or redirection.

My system is as follows:
MSI-P67A-GD65
i5-2500k - 3.3ghz
MSI 275 GTX OC
G.Skill 8gb PC1600 DDR3 - 9.9.9.24 @ 1.5v, f3-12800cl9-4gbxl
Antec 750w (Silver I think)
Antec 900 Case
Windows 7 Home Premium

cpu is currently OC @ 4.2ghz
voltage @ 1.3150v - 50 degrees celsius -> 60 on load

gpu is at 742 core, 1600 shader, 1300 mem - 42 degrees celsius

memory is showing 9.9.9.24, 793.3mhz, fsb:dram 1:6, command rate 2T
the memory is set to XMP1600 in the bios (current version installed)
