I have a K7S5A motherboard with a AMD Athlon XP 2400DKV3C supposedly 2400Mhz(rated)/2000Mhz(real) but it's only showing 1.49Ghz. Can someone help me with this. I'm a newbe in computer. Thank you.

Your board wasn't designed for the 2400; it's taking the cpu multiplier (11 or 11.5) and running it at 133 fsb, the maximum for this board.
