I want to upgrade my PC .I searched for some cheap and good processors and found the following two

1. AMD Athlon II X2 240
2. AMD Athlon 7750

Which one is the better choice?
Also suggest some cheap ASUS motherboards which support DX10.

The Athlon II X2 240 and you're video card is what's going to be supporting DX10, not the motherboard (unless you get one with integrated graphics).

AMD Athlon II X2 240 would be slightly better than 7750.

Agreed, the AthlonII X2

the athalon II X2 is effectively just a phenom IIX2 with no L3 cache.....

does the lack of L3 cache affects performance?
i think 7750 got L2 and L3 cache.
And which motherboard you guys suggest for AMD Athlon II X2 240 ?
(I am a serious gamer with a tight budget :( .So i prefer a cheap motherboard with good integrated graphics)

the 785 boards are the best intergrated graphics atm but any 790fx or gx board should do ok, cheaper brands tend to be biostar or msi

Athlon II X2 is a native dual core, consumes less power, performs a little better, and overclocks much better than the Athlon X2 7850.

Well, there really aren't any integrated graphics fit for gaming - save for older games from 7-10 years ago. You can get an a dedicated card for less than $80 at would give you good gaming results with that CPU (and any would be much, much more powerful than any integrated). Something along this line would do you well.
