how to restore SYSTEM TOOLS coz when I used that command the program was restored but the cursor/touch pad of my laptop (EEE PC 900HA) was locked and I couldn't open the windows programs and I couldn't connect to internet too.

You need to be more specific. Under what conditions does your touch pad fail to work (not only what seems to be causing it)? Does plugging a mouse let you move the cursor? Etc. etc.
