Is Hyper212+ good enough for 2500K OC?

I have the 2500k on a Gigabyte board with a Noctua NH-D14 cooler. I OC to 4.4GHz and the CPU runs at 44c at ambient 74f.

Either one of those coolers would be fine. Personally I would go with the Hypter 212.

Yes the 212+ is an excellent choice.158mm tall
The Frio is big and loud btw.165mm tall

I built a i5 2500k rig last week and I'm using a CM hyper 212+ heat sink with the stock fan and some Artic silver. I'm running at 4.5GHz on 1.3v and my idle temps are 33c and max temps is 66c I'm using it on a MSI P67A-GD65 (B3) motherboard in a Lian Li Lancool K62 case.

So yes if you have great air flow a Hyper 212+ will be more than enough.
