Motherboard for Q9450

I want to know what would be the best motherboard to use with the Intel Q9450 cpu that provides the Intel G45 chipset with the onboard HDMI port and a single PCIE 16x 2.0 port. I want this to be a quick setup, not interested in overclocking, but mostly concerned about stability. Would preff that no bois update would be needed for it to work, and require any bois setting changed that would make it stable. What options would you say?
