Newbie first time OC getting worried

Hello, I built my pc today.
I am using the coolermaster hyper 212+ with 2 scythe gentle typhoon 1850rpm attatched to it.
I have the 2500k cpu on the asus p8p67 motherboard.
My Vcore is 1.296 (I put 1.3 in the bios)
My frequency is 4.5ghz.
After running prime95 small fft testing , i am getting a bit worried.
RealtempGT is reporting around 64-67 degrees C.
When Idle, it is about 30 degrees C.
Should I lower the OC or the Vcore?
Or are these good temps.

Hey I just built the same 2500k on p8p67 and i have a 620 watt Antec PSU with Corsair vengeance memory 4gb.

I have NEVER overclocked before and I want to learn how and what the advantages are.

I play battlefield 2 bad company and COD Black ops and will probably start getting into some photo editing when/if I buy a new SLR.


Where would I go to quickly learn about overclocking?
