it's about $80 more than the second one but it will be worth it.

None of the builds are very high quality.

If I was forced to choose b/t one of them, I'd go with the third build. It has good graphics, and the e5200 OC's like a champ. Though, the cpu will likely limit the video card, unless you really OC it. In which case, you would need a cpu cooler.

^ and the card is about the same price as a 4890 so he could swap to that if possible.
