I have been looking for a video card for a month for my first build and cannot make a decision. I built a AMD quad4 2.3ghz with an asus mobo. My intentions for this pc is a media center/light gamer for my tv. I have a 62in dlp with 1920x1080. I am willing to spend around 100 to 150, but cannot decide if I need to. The extent of my gaming is Burnout and grid and I watch movies. Quality is not really important ATI is preferred. Any suggestions?

1gb would be preferable at 1920x1080. For light gaming I'm sure 512mb will be fine too. The basic rule here would be, how much more does the 1gb cost? If it's only $10-$20 more then yes, just get the 1gb version but don't pay say $50 more for what is basically the same card.
