Are these worth using?

We were clearing out some junk at work a couple of weeks ago and I managed to snag a couple of Seagate Cheetah 10k rpm, 32g hdd. My questions is, are these even worth installing in a modern computer? They are 5.25" form factor and I'm not even sure if they are SATA drives.
As always, thanks for the advice.
