How to get back changed administrator

I was trying to create new account and didn't realize it had an admin account and when it saved it no longer showed my admin account. I tried to switch users and it showed me a new admin account and all of my stuff was gone
is there a way to get all my stuff back??

Go to Control Panel - Users, click the "Change how the users log on or off", uncheck both the welcome screen and fast user switching. Log off and log on, this time you can type in user name & password for the old account, everything should be there.
