I am looking at getting the i7 920, with ASUS P6T SE motherboard and OCZ gold OCZ3G1600LV6GK 6GB DDR3-1600 PC3-12800 CL 8-8-8-24 triple channel memory kit.

I have an ARCTIC Fox Freezer Pro that I am planing on using for cooling as this mainboard has the mounting holes for a 775 cooler.

Any thoughts please

I think of the two at that price, Gigabyte would be better.

That's really not a great cooler. If you are going to OC and want something decent at a low cost:

^ I don't think he's in the US.

and the P6T SE is a nice board, stick with it.

^Well if he from US or not but that board doesnt support SLI...
So better of get the P6T or UD3P and update the BIOS to enable SLI...

the whole fun of the X58 is it can support both CF and SLI. The SE only supports CF not SLI. I'd spend the xtra to get both. How often do you really change your CPU and Mobo? I went through 3 Video cards with my last motherboard, and used both ATI and Nvidia. I wish it would have supported both.

As suggested the P4T or UD3P
