As far as I can tell, it says 1 16x and 1 8x....But it doesn't specify if the 16x drops down to 8x in Crossfire configuration. Can dual cards even run at different lane bandwidths?

Newegg has the information listed as: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813130572
Expansion Slots
PCI Express 2.0 x16
2

PCI-E Gen Gen2 (1x16, 1x8)

Just curious, because Gigabyte and ASUS generally list what behavior to expect when populating the other lanes.

I believe for the new p67 motherboards if you use both pci-e slots it'll run at 8x. As far as know even running at 8x there is no difference in performance vs 16x from what i read or seen on videos. If there is a difference its not noticeable. I have the MSI P67A-GD65 and so far it's working great...
