Hello,
I have windows XP & am trying to install Adobe flash player 11. I disabled my antivirus as instructed. The program starts to download and stops at 12-stating "download timeout" What do I need to do to get this to work?

Careful Dude ! - Something fishy here - Disable Anti Virus ?
Don't ever recall having to do this to install anything from Adobe !

It seems that you have been tricked by malware of some sort.

NO installation (unless other Anti Virus products) will ask you to disable your Anti Virus.

Download Anti MalwareBytes from google, run an update and then scan your machine for any virus's.
