790FX, Cant Find NB or HTT Frequencies in Bios

I may be blind, but in my Cell menu I cant find frequencies to OC the northbridge or HTT. I can OC the CPU, and change voltage on anything however, so its confusing as to why I could change the voltages but not the frequencies. :-( Is there a bios update for this maybe?

Another question, whats safe voltage rangers for all of this when OCing?

update your bios from it's main website.

i have an msi 790fx and if the voltage past unsafe areas it highlights red.

for northbridge, change from auto to multipliers of x10 and up. 4.0ghz requires about 2600-2800 northbridge, upping it is needed so theres no bottleneck.
