ok so heres the thing
recently my computer started sucking and i dont know how but for some reason when im trying to run 3d games like splinter cell or cod4 it says i dont have shader model 1.1 (or in cod4 2.0), i used to play these games on the same computer and then all the sudden it started gaving me the errors.
i have 8400 GS.
what should i do?

Did u oc ur vga?or even try to oc?have u ever update your driver?

what do u mean for the first and second questions i didnt understand
and yes i updated it for may 6th 186 beta driver

Return to the older drivers.
Beta software is unfinished and usually has many bugs in it.
