Connenct a new HDD to my system

i've windows vista x64 ultimate
5oogb seagate hdd
intel core 2duo


yesterday i bought a new seagate 500gb hdd. I connected it to system...Its detected in bios and device manager
i checked in computer management>storage....Ive 465 gb of unallocated space...But its not appearing in MY COMPUTER as its not partitioned....


So wat should i do now to create partition and use this hdd
