Anyone good at reading german?

Now, i'm not good enough at german (and neither is google translate) to give me a decent picture on how trustworthy this is as a source, but I know enough to understand what RV870 launch jul '09 means, so does anyone here know enough to tell me whether this is probably bunk or probably not?

That article is a bit old (not criticizing you or anything) but i remember reading that the RV870 was pushed to Q4/2009 or late Q3/2009 and given the fact that there is no reason to have them before the launch of Windows7 22 october 2009 (for DirectX11) its most likely that they will appear in that period.But already ATI showcased the new DirectX11 http://www.pcgameshardware.com/aid,686395/AMD-shows-DirectX-11-Tessellation-in-action/News/

In the AnandTech link you will see that it may be sooner so who knows perhaps it is July 2009.
