I've got a M3A79-T Deluxe with a Phenom II X3 720. Now, I know the cpu has support for ddr3, but does this mean I can install DDR3 in my motherboard and have it work?

This is kind of a grey area that I've never found an answer for. ASUS's website has no info on it.

I found an answer. Apparently there is a difference with where the notch is on the sticks.
