Is my PSU dying slowly, overload?

So I have a system that doesn't power on when I connect all my fans and devices to it, but once I remove a couple it is able to power up. But recently, I had to remove another component for the system to bootup. Is my PSU slowly dying, and thus not pumping out the wattage its suppose to?
