There are MANY factors here.

What is your budget?

Do you want Intel or AMD?

Will you overclock?

Will you use Nvidia or ATI graphics cards?

How many graphics cards will you run?

Do you have old parts to reuse?

ect. ect.

i will prefer an Intel chipset motherboard,i will like to overclock , and i will use 1 ati graphics card(xfx radeon 4850)

If you just need a motherboard what CPU do you have?
