Does anyone have or know where I could buy this cable? My card didn't come with one. And a question: The connection on the card is a two pin and on my MB it's a three. I read that the third pin is for powering some optical connections, so I'm assuming I wouldn't use it for this?

What brand is your card?
My card is PNY and didn't come with one to, i contact technical support and send me one.
i split the cable and only conect spdif and ground, if your mobo has 3 pins thats the solution do not use the +5VA pin .
mi mobo has these configuration 1.- spdif , 2.- +5VA , 3.- Key (no pin) ,4.- ground
only use pin 1 and 4 , check yours mobo or sound card manual.
